Certified yoga teacher, bilingual in English and French, I guide my students through an accessible, playful, and supportive practice suitable for all levels. My approach combines strength, mobility, creativity, and well-being, making each session both challenging and enjoyable.
Since my lipedema diagnosis, yoga has become a valuable tool for understanding my body, improving mobility, and practicing self-care. This experience inspires me to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone can progress at their own pace, reconnect with their body, and build self-confidence.
