Enchantée, I’m Astrid Moulin
A freelance consultant, content creator, workshop facilitator and yoga teacher based in Toronto, I’ve built a career that blends my passions for digital marketing, creativity, personal growth, and above all, human connection and community.
Originally from southeastern France, between the Drôme and Ardèche regions, I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and learned early on that work can be a source of fulfilment, self-expression… and sometimes fun too! 😄
In 2014, I moved to Toronto to learn English, and more than ten years later, I’m still here, with a professional journey shaped on my own terms and a wide range of experiences to share: interactive workshops, city events, creative collaborations, and storytelling through my blog Fringinto.
My goal? To create experiences that bring people together, spark curiosity, and help others discover Toronto, Canada, and sometimes even themselves.
